I had such a great experience here! I tried the sauna, compression therapy, and cryotherapy services, and everything was amazing. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walked in. They made sure everyone in our group was able to experience something they’d enjoy, and the level of care and attentiveness really stood out. I dropped in from out of town without an appointment with the goal of getting some pain relief. The staff were all super helpful, friendly and got me into 3 appointments without waiting. It was very smooth and I felt really well taken care of! Next time I'm in the area, I will absolutely drop in! And I highly recommend them to anyone looking a place to go to ease their pain or to relax and feel better!
The staff here are Amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. We had a group of 6 people and they accommodated all of us with no problem. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. We felt welcomed and at ease the moment we arrived.
My wife and I love iCRYO. The staff is so incredibly helpful and friendly. The first day we walked in, Kerish walked us through showing all of the available services. We signed up right away. We use the red light therapy and sauna often and I love using the cryotherapy.
Adorable spot, the ladies up front were incredible. Made me feel super comfortable and not out of place. I've never done cryo but it was scary at first and then I ended up really liking it. I will be back even though I have to go to woodruff..the seventh level of hell. #worthit
