The clinicians are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to make sure every guest understands the services they provide and the products that are used. From the moment of walking into the clinic I get a sense of belonging. The services offered are plentiful without feeling overwhelming. My skin and confidence has never felt better. I started coming here about six months before my wedding, hoping to improve my skin texture and fade sunspots ahead of the big day. I was consistent with my facials and communicated clearly that I wanted to keep things gentle before the wedding so my skin would be smooth and glowy for makeup. The staff is very knowledgeable and walks you through each step! I had a facial with Rochelle and she was very thorough and explained what products and why she was using them. It was a great first time facial for me!
It was an amazing first time experience. I was really comfortable from the moment I walked in until I walked out. Lavenia explained everything that was to be expected before and after my procedure. Each step of the process I held a mirror so I could weigh in on what was being done. I'm will be definitely returning as needed.
