Totally feel like I’m just money to them. I had a free vein consult set up. On my way to the cities from Duluth I had emergency auto issues. Called to cancel appointment and they were pleasant about it. 2 days later I had a $35 fee charged to my card. For a free service. When I called to inquire why I was being charged, she was rude and unapologetic. I advised her there is nothing on the free vein consult page that warns of this fee. Her response: I’ll let my boss know. No understanding. Poor customer service. Hidden fees.

Kristen is experienced and honest about what she thinks is best for each of her patients. She’s not pushy and provides exceptional guidance and care! I’m a baby and get a little anxious before injections. She always made sure I had my ice pack and distractor tool before injecting me! Always gentle and never rushes through things to ensure her patients are comfortable and tolerating the procedure as best as they can. Thank you Kristin for being SO AMAZING!!

I have been going to Dr. Afzal for several years. It has been exciting to watch his practice grow and evolve through the years. He always gives me great advice and my results are always amazing. His staff is well trained and always supportive. I would highly recommend Afzal Clinics to anyone interested in the types of services they offer.

Kristen is amazing and the reason I continue to return to this clinic. Kristen is personable, professional, knowledgeable and graciously provides feedback to my numerous questions. I’ve had one procedure with Dr. Afzal and I was pleased with his demeanor and knowledge. Knowing the services I get are offered by numerous other businesses, it is the friendliness and professionalism of the team that keeps me returning.

I have been going to Afzal for over a year and have had an incredible experience. Dr. Afzal and the entire staff are excellent. We spent a lot of time discussing my concerns, and I tried Sculptra and loved the results. This is where I tell friends and family to go. I cannot express my comfort here, which is essential to me—excellence at its best.
