I can't believe I haven't done a review sooner. I have been going for about a year now and have referred many people that have signed up and thanked me. I just love this place. I do the cryotherapy, sauna or red light therapy. I have also done the compression and they have personal training and physical therapy. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you are interested, check and see if perhaps your insurance will cover the cost like mine does. Every employee and the owners are all top-notch!

Ageless Fitness is amazing! Offering Theraputic modalities such as Halo, Cryo Compression and Infrared Sauna has noticeably improved my arthritis issues and lately a sprained knee. My husband has shown significant improvement regarding sinus issues. We enjoy using the infrared sauna together allowing for a time to pause and reflect - together. Second visit to Ageless Fitness. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different modalities. The HaloTherapy is a great service to help with any lung or breathing issues. Highly recommend!

Came to this place for the first time yesterday from a recommendation from my doctor. It was awesome. Prices were amazing too. Staff were extremely friendly and they prove phenomenal customer service. I asked a lot of questions about the infrared sauna that I booked online, and the lady at the desk answered each question. I am definitely coming back!
