Ageless Fitness is truly a standout facility, and I can’t say enough good things about it. They offer top-of-the-line equipment and wellness services that you simply don’t find at most fitness centers. I’ve personally used several of their amenities — including red light therapy, compression therapy, and the sauna — and each one has been exceptional in quality and results. I can't believe I haven't done a review sooner. I have been going for about a year now and have referred many people that have signed up and thanked me. I just love this place. I do the cryotherapy, sauna or red light therapy. I have also done the compression and they have personal training and physical therapy. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you are interested, check and see if perhaps your insurance will cover the cost like mine does. Every employee and the owners are all top-notch!
Ageless Fitness is amazing! Offering Theraputic modalities such as Halo, Cryo Compression and Infrared Sauna has noticeably improved my arthritis issues and lately a sprained knee. My husband has shown significant improvement regarding sinus issues. We enjoy using the infrared sauna together allowing for a time to pause and reflect - together. Second visit to Ageless Fitness. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different modalities. The HaloTherapy is a great service to help with any lung or breathing issues. Highly recommend!
