What a good experience! I was intimidated to get started for many reasons but mainly because of my budget. This is the most affordable place I’ve found and the staff seems genuinely interested in the clients and their journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Wonderful place, staff is very friendly, knowledgeable & supportive. They always provide encouragement and make you feel good about yourself. I know everyone is different when it comes to weight loss and programs and Aspen does offer a huge variety of choices.
