Very friendly staff, knowledgeable always eager to help and make tge customers comfortable. Extremely clean facility and the laser hair removal is totally wonderful, I am very happy with there services 😀 😊
I rarely leave reviews but I have to express how amazing this med spa is! Everyone that works there are extremely nice and welcoming. the receptionist is very understanding and accommodates my appointments to my work schedule. The laser tech makes you feel comfortable. I am on my second session of laser hair removal and I’m already seeing results! The manager Jhoanna is amazing! She took the time to go over my treatment plan, pricing and expectations. I am definitely recommending this place to my family and friends.
I had an hydra facial and 6 sessions of laser hair removal with Marianna, she is amazing. Nice, calm and clean place. Laser results were so good, I don’t need to shave my treated area often anymore! Facial was so good as well. I had glass skin after my facial. One feedback I would like to give: please train all the staff to leave the room while customer is undressing and dressing back. Also please keep a big cloth/paper covers so customers only have to expose the area that is being treated.
I have had only positive experiences at Aspire in Lexington since signing on last fall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Athena, my laser hair removal provider is the best! She makes me feel comfortable all the time!! I won’t see anyone else!!
So far so good! I had my first IPL treatment yesterday and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I don't see much difference after my first treatment, but they said it takes a week or 2 for the results to kick in. I purchased a bundle of 3 which is recommended to see best results. Looking forward to coming back!
