Formerly Toni and Guy, Autonomy is now a fantastic independent hair salon in the centre of Hereford and the highly trained staff remain. Tim and the staff are friendly and welcoming and starting with a very personal consultation, hair treatment, back and head massage and complementary drinks, it is a great experience. After answering a request on Facebook for some wishing to have an undercut, I visited Autonomy on Saturday. The salon is modern and spacious and the team were very welcoming. After a very thorough consultation with Amelia, which was then relayed to her tutor, I recieved one of the best haircuts I have ever had! Everything was genuinely lovely, especially the amazing huge massage chairs with footrests and head massage!! A great team of stylists at this fantastic city centre salon. Unlike a lot of the chains, Autonomy offers a genuine, personal service. Luke always suggests a "tweak" so I leave each time with a fresh, fab haircut. Thank you!
A huge thank you to Hayley for the best hair cut I’ve ever had! Hayley made me feel comfortable from the beginning (not easy as I’m not that keen on going to the hairdressers!), made amazing suggestions and taught me how to style my curly hair! Hayley’s knowledge and expertise shone through and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!
Tim was amazing, fantastic colour and cut to the extent I was complimented on how great my hair looked when I walked into a fashion shop afterwards. Not being a “spring chicken” anymore a testament to Tim’s skills is he can make everyone look a million dollars.
