Had a really satisfying haircut with Luke today — he was so patient, really listened to what I wanted, and gave me the exact style I was hoping for. He has a great eye for what looks most aesthetic and flattering for my face. I genuinely felt impressed after this haircut. The whole salon has a relaxed, friendly vibe too.

Luke always styles my hair just how I like it; he's got a great understanding of my hair type which really helps. I always feel confident that in between cuts, my hair will look at its best. Luke is very skilled and knowledgeable, explaining the whole process clearly. Top experience in a friendly setting , each time

Always great experience - Luke is very professional & experienced. pleased with both cut & colour- Martha is lovely & v good colourist. Great salon - all staff are lovely. Would highly recommend.

Another great cut from Tim today at Autonomy. He took his time and made sure I was happy with the final styling. Megan also gave a fantastic hair wash and head message and was able to advise me on hair colouring. What a professional and friendly team they have there, thank you all.

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed at the Autonomy in Hereford. My mother has been going weekly for well over a year now as she is disabled and unable to manage her own hair. The owner Tim has been nothing short of rude. Making completely false and nasty accusations up regarding a conversation my mother had with a stylist, resulting in refusing my mother her service and leaving her very, very upset.
