Had my first haircut and the environment is so professional. Everyone was so welcoming. I had my haircut with Luke and it was one of the best haircuts I've had and I tend to be quite peculiar with my hair. Luke took time to understand what I wanted, what I liked and didn't like and he then gave me his suggestions and explained what he was doing and the techniques he was using. I was a model for Megan and had an absolutely amazing experience! She's absolutely lovely and my hair looked perfect afterwards, I would strongly recommend her ❤️ The salon itself was clean and I had no issues whatsoever. Definitely my best experience in Hereford so far.

Luke always styles my hair just how I like it; he's got a great understanding of my hair type which really helps. I always feel confident that in between cuts, my hair will look at its best. Had a really satisfying haircut with Luke today — he was so patient, really listened to what I wanted, and gave me the exact style I was hoping for. He has a great eye for what looks most aesthetic and flattering for my face. I genuinely felt impressed after this haircut. The whole salon has a relaxed, friendly vibe too.
