Sam is absolutely amazing! I could literally write a book about how awesome she is but I’ll keep it short for review purposes lol. I scheduled a consultation today as a first time client and could not be more pleased! My first impressions of the Ladies at the front desk were that they Looked the part. They were friendly, helpful, and Well Groomed. When I left they helped me find all the possible discounts I could get. The nurse practitioner that did the procedure reflected the services provided by them. She looks fabulous and each client would want her perfection. Overall I would recommend it highly. My botox has not yet kicked in but I trust she did a fine job.
I've been having my eye brows done for several years at Back to 30 and was happy with them until I showed up to my 9 month appointment. I arrived yesterday for my 4pm appointment and was told that I didn't have an appointment when the girl at the front desk ask me what type of appointment I had and with who... Had the absolute best experience this morning for my first ever Botox session. I was so nervous and Vicky (nurse practitioner) helped calm my nerves with answering all my questions in detail and checking in with me throughout the process. I also asked about a complete skin care regimen, therefore Vicky designed a package based on my skin type and Taylor helped even more with checkout and scheduling my next appointment.
