I usually feel the altitude when I arrive in Aspen, and last week was no exception. After some research, I found Base State offers great-value IV drips. Andrew was super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I did an IV drip and a hyperbaric session and felt noticeably better this trip. The team at Base State is professional, friendly and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I’ll definitely do this again.
I am a huge fan of Base State Longevity! There is no better place in town to relax and recover from pretty much anything - an aggressive night out, altitude sickness, soreness from training, running, skiing, mountain biking and more. My personal favorite was the Ballancer Pro, it’s a very relaxing experience but it also 100% works to fight inflammation and I am not kidding when I say I was actually 5 pounds lighter the next day. Came twice and it was incredible both times. Beautiful huge rooms, great staff (they gave me the leg massage things while I waited so come early!) and I felt like a new human each time I left. First time I came alone and second time with a friend, which was totally chill and private and they were so welcoming. Will definitely come back. If you’re not here after a day of skiing, where are you??
Holy cow. This place is amazing and just a stones throw from the gondi at Ajax. We did leg compression, sauna/cold plunge and red light therapy. Everything is so vibey and clean. Staff is knowledgeable and warm. 10/10 would recommend. It's the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing, or the morning after a night of Aprés. ✨🙏✨
Love the Cold plunge & Sauna rooms. Also the Normatech leg compression will turn your legs brand new after a few long ski days! The staff is so friendly & knowledgeable 🙌
