I just came in for my touch up. I got some Botox and Dysport because I’m leaving on Vacation to Tulum on Thursday. Sara took care of me and now im ready for my vacation. I’ve been coming to BB Medlounge for a few years now and they have the best service. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. Oh and the new location looks incredible. Ask for Sara , she is the best .

I have been visiting Beauty & Body Medlounge for about a year or so now and this med spa is my favorite spa. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I have been seeing Cindy for all my treatments. She thoroughly explains the procedures being done and recommends the right amount of Botox/Dysport needed (I had been at other med spas who have put in too much making me look unnatural). Stay away. I have to go somewhere else to correct the Dysport. Only half my face took because it was injected wrong. When I went back for the 2 week check up Cindy said it was because one check bone is higher than the other and because of that she won’t fix it. Really??? I’ve had Dysport successfully done before never had a problem. I recommend staying away. Awful experience

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Pricing is great, front desk is awesome, and the RNs who do the injections really know the reason for the issue and how to address it. They don’t try and oversell you, if anything they dissuade wrong products or services. I give it a 5.5 stars, 100% recommend!

Honestly a bit disappointed so far. I bought a groupon for IPL and did a chemical peel add on 1.5 weeks ago. I've done these many times before. The girl told me she planned to do the lowest setting possible for IPL, which I kindly asked her not to as this wasn't my first time and I hoped to see some results. Then, for the chemical peel, I didn't feel a single bit of tingling or anything. I have done many peels and never NOT felt ANY discomfort at all.
