Edit: I received a call from Romika, the store manager to discuss my concern. The customer service was very helpful. I’ve changed my rating to reflect this. I came in for a foreign volume fill as I get my lashes done out of the country. We started on time and had a quick consult. The appointment was comfortable enough. I took my daughter to have her waxing done. When we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly staff. When the esthetician started my daughters service she looked at us and said you look familiar. We then realized it was Shima who we had not seen in years. She used to work at another place many years ago and my children loved her then and even more now. I wish I had gotten the girls name who did my eyebrows because she did an amazing job!! The most gentle experience of threading I have received!! Came in as a walk in on August 9th shortly after 5pm, she greeted me right away and I was done within 15 minutes :))
Cannot race anymore about my facial with Fereh! I had the sensitive glow facial as she recommended and the experience was so relaxing! Her hands and magical and the massage and products were great! I can’t wait to book again! She is very sweet & just overall a very relaxing experience !
Took my daughter to get her eyebrows done for the first time, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. It was also our first time at this place, and we were very happy with the service. Allysha was wonderful — she explained everything step by step, making sure my daughter felt comfortable and at ease throughout the process. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to others!
