My 7-year-old daughter had her first ear-piercing experience at Beauty First Spa in Hillcrest Mall, and we couldn’t be happier! Parv, the service provider, was patient and calm throughout the process. She carefully measured and marked both ears to ensure they were even before piercing. I went a couple weeks ago, and I was nervous as I had only went to one person to get my eyebrows threaded for 10 years. When I went they reassured me I was in good hands and I most certainly was! I have very thick eyebrows and they threaded them perfectly, I definitely plan on using them again. I highly recommend Shima, she did a fantastic job and was very kind! :)

Amazing lash lift experience with Pooja! Pooja is incredibly caring and pays close attention to every detail. My lashes are thin and short, and she took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly. She explained the process, made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and truly cared about the health of my lashes. Great service provided. Thanks so much to Pooja. I got my ears pierced twice, so worth it. A very great set up, she is very nice and kind. The instruments are sterilised. And they are very nice and humble. Highly satisfied and definitely recommend ☺️

Shima is absolutely amazing! She did my eyebrow threading and lamination, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My brows look perfectly shaped, natural, and beautifully lifted. She’s so precise, gentle, and truly knows what suits your face. You can tell she really cares about her work. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants great brows!
