i’ve been in a pretty bad place mentally for months, so i decided to try & do something new & fun to push me towards a better place & feel like i’m worth it. and guess what, it worked!! i walked into my appointment soooo so so nervous & anxious but walked out so confident & totally in love with my hair!! have been on the verge of (happy) tears since. Thomas was so nice & attentive & they made the experience really comfortable & less scary :) glad i pushed myself to go & will definitely be going back!

I’ve gotten good haircuts here, but the stylist I wanted left so I got placed with Thomas. Avoid this stylist. I told him exactly what I wanted as well as I could, and he kept saying he was trying to “find the middle ground” as if the haircut I wanted was a collaboration. Worst haircut and haircut experience of my life.

This is honest to god the first time I have ever cried over a haircut. I had my hair down to my butt, and now not only is it shoulder length and weirdly choppy but it was styled extremely greasy. I know the hairdresser probably did her best, but with only a few days until a month long trip I cannot get this fixed. I had specifically asked for as much length to be kept as possible, and that was ignored when I pushed back. Shelley was so awesome. She did a fantastic job on my haircut and was so good at explaining everything. She is an artist and matched the reference picture I showed her so well :)
