I took my mom for us to both get pedicures and was really disappointed in my entire experience. First, I immediately noticed how the pedicure chairs and overall space were not clean at all. And second, we were both charged additional costs for things that were not at all disclosed to us as an upgrade or higher price point in the middle of our services. Came here through a ClassPass reservation. I was asked if I wanted gel upgrade, it ended up being THIRTY DOLLARS (on top of the pedicure). I have gone to multiple places and gotten gel upgrade never ever in my life has it cost this much!! I was also offered three other upgrades while I was sitting at the chair. Wouldn’t go back here again ever!!! Place is not clean at all, the place was very messy, no real sinks for your feet they literally use a plastic tub for your feet. The person I had never even offered me a drink until at the very end of my appointment the front desk girl was nice and offered me one. Don’t think I should have to ask for this. I have been here just a couple of times, but it’s been the same result - a dazzle dry pedicure that chips within a week. My last pedicure was rushed and she filed one of my nailed after polishing - which messes up the edge of the polish which helps it last. She argued with me about it. They did discount my service but when I went back to fix one foot because it chipped after only 3 days, the nail tech was clearly annoyed and didn’t say a word to me. Then a week later, the other foot chipped. I do not recommend.

Caveat emptor. Instagram v Reality. The photo on the left is what i wanted and my hand is on the right. Then the nail person asked if I wanted to add a scrub to my parent foot and wax. I said yes, not knowing the price. When I checked out At the salon, my cost was $110. I’ve never paid that much for a manicure in my life and I never will again. Total rip off.
