It was amazing experience and cara nailed it. I love my hair so so so much now. Though I have book an appointment online but there was no option for payment and when I she ask for blow dry My first question was like is it all inclusive? She said yeah so I thought it’s for 97 bucks and it’s quite a lot yeah!! Well I ended up paying 107 buck I was shocked. The hair was and massage was really great as well, It’s nice place but I would say it’s expensive.
Sinem was amazing as always! I’ve never dyed my hair and she made me feel so supported and confident throughout the process. And the cut is perfect as usual. 😍
Worst balayage! The staff and the decor are lovely. Most customers have a really positive experience here so please do try it out. However, do not go if you want a balayage. I asked for a balayage and got a full head of streaky highlights. I went back 3 months later to say I wasn't happy and the colourist did the same horrid highlights again, and charged me for it. When I wrote to complain, the salon were good and passed on my feedback. But no refund. Go here for anything else, but not a balayage.
Fantastic! I simply called up to ask for a consultation and was able to go in for free within 2 hours, the team were super welcoming and I felt very comfortable talking to my stylist Grace, booked in for the next morning. The wash and cut and style was so so lovely, no complaints and Grace really made me feel at ease, my hair has never looked better, and now I'm hooked. Also am able to get my fringe touched up for free over the next 3 months, I 100% recommend!
I just had my hair cut by Sinem and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. With a young baby at home, I was really looking for a fresh look that still felt low-maintenance and easy to manage—and Sinem delivered exactly that. She listened so thoughtfully to what I was looking for, offered great suggestions, and made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I love my new cut and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend her!
