5 star customer service! ⭐️ I had an absolutely fabulous experience! I've visited twice, and each time the lovely Giulia and Ashley took splendid care of me. These wonderful people made me feel like royalty! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting their hair done while also soaking in some well-deserved relaxation! My stylist was very friendly and her customer service was great. However, I didn’t get the results that I paid for as my hair had already started reverting as the service was finishing. She advised that the silk press will revert because my hair is dry but I’ve had several silk presses in different salons and this has never happened before. She advised that I could come back to get it straightened again but a lot of heat has been used already and I don’t want to damage my hair. Potentially, better techniques need to be adop... read more
Just got a great hair colour and blow dry from Harry. He was super helpful and gave great recommendations. I am happy with the results and I definitely recommend! The salon is also very nice.
Patric is simply the best hair stylist I have ever gone to. He is attentive, creative, and makes it very easy to trust him. It’s wonderful to finally find a stylist who gets the vibe you’re going for perfectly, and always delivers. Blue Tit itself is a lovely place: it’s very friendly, and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. After years of bouncing around all sorts of salons in the city, this is finally the place I feel like I’ll always go to.
