I started going to Body and Beauty Lab to prep my skin for my wedding and loved it so much I’ve kept going back. My favorite part is getting extractions and Lua spends a lot of her time making sure I leave feeling so clean and glowy. She is so knowledgeable and I have seen so much improvement in my skin with her recommendations.

I had an appt with Judy and she was amazing! She is so incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to understand what I was looking to gain out of a laser treatment and she recommended moxi and bbl spot treatment. I’m so thrilled with the results and knew exactly what to expect in the 7 days following the lasers (tiny bit of downtime with redness on the first day, and rough/sand paper-ish skin for the next five to six days). I believe the dishonesty shown from day one deserves an additional star deduction. They initially told me that after the first treatment, I would love my face. Later, they said they couldn’t guarantee that all my dark spots wouldn’t return unless I took extreme care. The information provided in the documents about the benefits and details of the treatment does not match what the staff actually says. I saw Michelle at the Philly location and she was wonderful! I went to her with concerns about my discoloration, dark spots and sun damage on my face. From the moment I got there I felt comfortable and welcomed. Michele was amazing and made the whole process so easy that I trusted her right away. And I’m glad I did! I am beyond happy with the transformation of my results and I will absolutely be going back to Michelle for any other needs! She’s the best!
