I've been so happy with my treatments so far. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Even when I arrive a bit early, they always try to squeeze me in. I'm glad I picked Body Catalyst Airport West to do my treatments. Can't recommend them enough!!!!

First and foremost this review is with regard to the treatment I had not the ladies that treated me. I had 15 sessions of the tesla for the pelvic floor muscles even though I paid for 20. Ladies do not waste your money!! This machine was not even contracting the correct muscle. When discussing this concern with the clinician on several occasions I was told to buy more sessions. I've been a client of the clinic for years, but I've always gone to the CBD clinic. I decided to test this facility, and I'm very sorry I did. When I arrived at the clinic on time, I was greeted by a girl who, in a hurry, told me to enter the room, looked at me from far, and said that my abdomen did not have a prescription for fat freeze but rather for a game change package, and that if I wanted to use my fat freeze package, I would have to choose another body region, frustrated, I opted for the inner thigh, the girl didn't ... read more

Although it has only been a couple of months, I have nothing but positive things to say about the AMAZING staff at Airport West, everyone is so friendly, professional and welcoming! A special shout out to Chloe for being delightful to deal with, sharing her knowledge and answering all my questions.

I have been to my fair share of medical spas across melbourne but none have come nowhere near close to the level of professionalism that comes from this place of business. More so the treatment you receive from their staff! Theresa was amazing and a delight to deal with! Definitely recommend her to anyone who knows what their money is worth. Value all across the board in terms of customer service and the way she makes you feel right at home.
