Had a very good experience at the Melbourne Central clinic. From the very first appointment Joanne looked after me. She was very helpful in explaining how the process of fat freezing worked and what is happening in your body in the background. I never felt pressured or pushed to do any treatments, it was a very calm and relaxing environment and all the staff I interacted with were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.
I had fat freezing done at Body Catalyst after being told it would reduce fat by 50% and work with “100% results,” but after two sessions I saw absolutely no change. When I raised my concerns, the staff didn’t offer a refund or any real solution – only suggesting I keep paying for more sessions, which felt like being pressured into spending more money with no guarantee. From consultation to treatment she took the time to fully understand my concerns and formulate a suitable treatment plan. The service is friendly and welcoming. I have done two treatments so far from my plan and can already see a visible difference
My experience with the lovely therapists at BC Melbourne Central has been very good. I’ve signed up for a few packages and they have taken care of me and my health journey from day one until today. I can’t recommend Body Catalyst enough! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and all so lovely to talk to, they really care about my treatment journey. I’ve mainly focused on the RF treatment and HIFU, and the results have been transformational, especially after losing a significant amount of weight. The treatments really helped tighten and improve the appearance of my skin.
