Thank you so much for my wonderful experience. Everything was just perfect. I walked in for my appointment and was greeted by beautiful smiles from the girls, I felt safe and really cared for. In my consultation I was listened to and was given all the information I needed and I felt excited about my treatment not nervous. What a welcoming and warm place. The staff are very friendly and they always make sure you feel comfortable (shoutout to Lisa and Giulia)! The rooms are quite nice, always kept clean and overall has a pleasant ambiance. I always look forward to my appointments because the clinic has an array of different modalities to help you reach your body goals and their memberships allow you to try different ones! I absolutely love seeing the progress it gives me.
The first time I went to body catalyst was for a consultation and I spoke to Jess. Jess was very helpful and honest in explaining what treatments recommended to be done and the cost involved as well. During my actual treatment, Joan looked after me very well and made me feel comfortable. I never knew what the treatment will be like but Joan has explained thoroughly and never had issues at all. Will definitely recommend them to everyone who needed to feel more confident with their bodies.
Had an amazing consultation with Violetta! They were so friendly and made me feel completely at ease, especially as a first-timer in the cryo world.
