i got the fat freezing treatments twice. the ladies that helped me with it were amazing with customer service. however, they told me that they would send me the before and after pictures and measurements which they didn’t. i waited 2 weeks, until i went back and asked for it to be sent to me. they said they will do it within 2 days. i went back a month later as i still haven’t gotten any measurements or before and after pictures and they said it’ll be sent by the end of the week. i’ve gone back a few times now and still yet ... read more

Body catalyst, you have outdone yourselves. Great pricing and great customer experience. I received a few fat freezing treatments by Montanna, and I am so impressed, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed when I walked in feeling nervous. She had lots of knowledge and answered all my questions with lots of information. Really impressed!
While being a little sceptical about Fat-Freezing actually working, I was thoroughly impressed and happy with the result. I had 4 spots treated twice and the result is noticable. Montana & Maddison are totally enthusiastic about their work. I appreciate their knowledge of the product and their professional conduct in what was personally confronting for me. I've booked to do some more!
Love love love the HIFU on my face and the Cellulite treatment! My experience has been great and the staff were all lovely, helpful and attentive to the services. They answered all questions and made sure that I was comfortable throughout all the services. They follow-up, which is nice, and provided lots of information on what to adjust to my lifestyle and how to maintain results!
