My consultant Lauren has made the whole experience from intial consultation to first treatment a smooth and easy process. Lauren is knowledgeable, considerate and compassionate towards her clients and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with on the journey I'm undertaking. The clinic is clean, inviting and relaxing. The first treatment went really well and I'm looking forward to seeing the improvements I desire from my treatment come to fruition in the coming months.
I was very happy with the services I received. The Clinic at Westfields Penrith is very clean and the the girls are very professional. They made sure I was very comfortable when I had my fat freezing treatment and stayed with me till I was okay with everything. The girls at body catalyst are absolutely amazing. The place is very inviting and relaxing. The girls are great at making sure all questions are answered and when getting treatments done they always make sure to ask if you need anything or if you are comfortable. I was so nervous going in for my first session. But was so comfortable after meeting the girls.
Today I had a HIFU treatment for skin tightening on face, neck and decolletage. My practitioner was Mandy. Her professional knowledge and application manner is to be commended. She was extremely confident but also very careful to ensure my comfort and safety during this challenging procedure. I would definitely recommend her.
Body catalyst have been amazing. I’ve had 3 treatments in total so far and looking forward to the results at the end of my treatment ! The staff are lovely and helpful they answer any questions I have and are accommodating with appts needed. Highly recommend
