My consultant Lauren has made the whole experience from intial consultation to first treatment a smooth and easy process. Lauren is knowledgeable, considerate and compassionate towards her clients and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with on the journey I'm undertaking. The clinic is clean, inviting and relaxing. The first treatment went really well and I'm looking forward to seeing the improvements I desire from my treatment come to fruition in the coming months.
Today I had a HIFU treatment for skin tightening on face, neck and decolletage. My practitioner was Mandy. Her professional knowledge and application manner is to be commended. She was extremely confident but also very careful to ensure my comfort and safety during this challenging procedure. I would definitely recommend her.

I was very happy with the services I received. The Clinic at Westfields Penrith is very clean and the the girls are very professional. They made sure I was very comfortable when I had my fat freezing treatment and stayed with me till I was okay with everything. I watched a movie while waiting, pillows to rest on and an adjustable bed while being treated. The girls checked on me to see if I needed anything and answered all my questions.
