Amazing experience every time I go! Team here are very professional, polite and happy to help with all my questions/requests. I feel comfortable & really safe knowing I’m getting the best expertise and knowledge. Great atmosphere and very clean environment and Team are very accommodating especially whenever I made last minute changes to my appointment timings. I recently visited Body Catalyst Southland and was overwhelmed at the professionalism and service provided by the Therapist I conducted a consultation with. I had been to a competitor recently to discuss fat freezing as an option and felt like I was being rushed and pressured which prompted me to reach out to Body Catalyst as a friend had shared that Body Catalyst is the most experienced in this industry. I'm so glad I did! Their knowledge and expertise was second to none! Highly recommend.
One staff member leaves and the whole place comes crashing down!!!! They book appointments only if there is credit and then if you cancel an appointment suddenly your credit for the cancellation dissappears from their system. Confusion around appointments, payments, staff etc. Such poor transition from one centre head to the next. I am the same customer who was super happy last year and went back to them for multiple treatments but unfortunately very disappointed with their service.
Great service and treatment. The TeslaChair helped me as promised with tightening my pelvic floor. So happy with result. The ladies at Southland were highly professional and so caring. Thanks
The girls at Body Catalyst Southland are all lovely. They explain the treatments well and during treatment, always make sure I'm ok and feeling comfortable.
