whole staff was amazing and definitely recommend. Showed up at 10:30 for my 10:15 appointment and was seen promptly on time after filling out my forms, which the ladies of their front desk were very good explaining to me exactly what everything was without me having to ask. When I got back the chair the doctor/nurse injector was super sweet and great at explaining what the best course of action for me would be. I had an amazing experience at Botoplace! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and beautifully designed. They are amazing and are able to ship to Texas which is a huge plus. Very professional and follow through with what they say. I was able to get the education I needed and their products worked so well for me. Highly recommend!!!

I really enjoyed my visit at the spa. Lana - my nurse injector, explained thoroughly how the process works and the expected outcome. Her expertise and careful hands made me feel at ease I would highly recommend the spa for all their services.
