Wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by the ladies at the front desk. Very comfortable and beautiful seating area with coffee, tea and bottled water available. Was less than 5 minutes and I was personally called by Dr. Stephan to a room. My conversation with him was very enlightening and filled with information that has given me a feeling of hope for a healthy future for the first time in 10 years ! I have been utilizing Captivating for both their medical wellness and aesthetic services. I have felt very cared for and very heard with my concerns. Friendly reception as soon as you enter their doors. I had the hydration package with derma planing. Having sensitive and dry skin, there were no issues with any of the Zo Health products used or with derma planing. Vanessa was wonderful, she explained all about the procedure and what the products were and how to use them. Thank you for a great first time visit! I will be back.
