Disappointed and Frustrated – Poor Communication and Accountability I was a patient at the Captivating clinic in Grande Prairie for the past 4 years and was very surprised to received such bad customer service and dismissal and not caring to what I had to say. Staff was very pleasant and seemed quite knowledgeable. It is my fist time ever dealing with anything to do with a wellness place so I don’t know have anything to compare it to. I am very excited and optimistic about what my road ahead will be in their hands. Looking forward to a better me.
5 ⭐️ customer service from the time I walk in the door, to Dani’s patience with me as I ask a million questions, to Stefan’s expertise and compassionate approach to my care. I feel “seen” after years of confusion and hopelessness. I’d hope that more people who are struggling find their way through your doors. Highly recommended health option!
Every action from walking in for an appointment request to getting the moles removed was with exceptional service. To make an appointment take the time to walk in so you can understand the private clinic process. This makes hospital service look like second rate factory.
Dr. Z., was extremely gentle with my first Botox treatment for migraines. I was apprehensive to go this way, however Dr. Z has such a calming presence throughout this entire process. I highly recommend this clinic!
