Had the best first experience at Carter and Shields today! Megan was so lovely and made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in. She listened to exactly what I wanted and took time and care over my haircut even though it was the end of the day. I’m very happy with it and won’t hesitate to go back! My hair feels so healthy and smells amazing too. A big thank you to Megan and the team!

Excellent consultation to work out best process of fixing my previously ( long time elapsed) balyaged hair. Having not maintained it throughout my pregnancy it required a lot of work. Discussed the best options and trusted the process and was so pleased with end result of colour and style - exactly what I wanted. Rhianna was able to work out the look I wanted despite me not being able take explain. All staff super friendly and and what a lovely new location to have your hair done in! Thanks so much !

I love love lovveeee my hair! I’m so glad I found Carter and Shields, Elle done an amazing job! I took her advice and went with her option of doing a “melt” and it was the best decision! I’m in love! My grand daughter had a cut and blow dr today and absolutely loves her hair. She went in with a picture and Megan was amazing. She listened to her and cut her hair so well and exactly as she wanted. Thankyou. Amazing service and such a friendly place to go x

Such a lovely salon with personalised experience. All the team are amazing and my hair has never looked so great .... I'm there twice weekly for blow drys and have my cut and colours there also. They always know what's best for my hair and do a brilliant job. I can't recommend them enough X
