After not having a hair cut for a while & some bleach damage I booked in with Emma F and I’m so glad I did! She did an amazing job with the cut & my hair feels the healthiest it’s been in a long time. She done a great job of giving me a long bob & cut off any other damage too. I’m booked back in to maintain the health of my hair & she made me feel great!
Just had a bridal appointment with beautician Lisa - brows, lashes, nails and toes. Her work was flawless and she made the appointment feel relaxing and special. I’m a new client and was super impressed with her attention to detail; I’ll definitely book with her again. Thank you Lisa!
Such a beautiful salon. Emma will be fully qualified in 4 weeks. She’s so talented. And they have a great coffee machine! It’s such a nice environment. I probably could have shown up after a dog walk covered in mud but they treat everyone the same, kindness and respect must be close to their hearts. Highly recommend 🩷

I highly recommend Chapter One. I booked the Eskbank salon for my wedding hair in June 2024 & worked with Natalie Hamilton. On the lead up to the wedding she was very communicative & I had my trial in plenty of time before the day so we could discuss any changes & preferences.
