I have been going to coastal for over a year and each visit gets better and better. The staff are casual and welcoming - you don’t feel intimidated like some other med spas I have been too. Alanna K was knowledgeable and gentle. I loved her focus on rejuvenating and keeping the look natural. I’m already seeing results today. So happy with my Botox — thank you Nurse Alanna — can’t wait to come back for the lasers we talked about. 😀

Nurse Liv is the best! I had the Secret RF with Nurse Liv and she cheered me on when I needed it to get through the treatment. She's knowledgeable, professional and very kind. I can't say enough good things about her. Everyone at Coastal Medical is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend CMA to anyone looking for a great place to get "work" done.

I have been seeing Alanna for several years for filler and botox. She is an experienced RN. Most recently I’ve been seeing her at the Encinitas office. I find Alanna’s aesthetic sensibilities to be refined, and she has a light careful touch. I have always been pleased with the results. She is engaging, warm, and welcoming. I was encouraged to buy a series of 3 chemical peels. The first one was beneficial and the other 2 did not provide results. They were eager to sell the product and not too professional on following up on what worked or didn’t work. I am not impressed with their customer service.
