I have been going to coastal for over a year and each visit gets better and better. The staff are casual and welcoming - you don’t feel intimidated like some other med spas I have been too. Alanna K was knowledgeable and gentle. I loved her focus on rejuvenating and keeping the look natural. I’m already seeing results today. So happy with my Botox — thank you Nurse Alanna — can’t wait to come back for the lasers we talked about. 😀
I have been seeing Alanna for several years for filler and botox. She is an experienced RN. Most recently I’ve been seeing her at the Encinitas office. I find Alanna’s aesthetic sensibilities to be refined, and she has a light careful touch. I have always been pleased with the results. She is engaging, warm, and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about Coastal Medical Aesthetics. The entire staff is so helpful and professional. I saw Alanna K for Botox and filler. She is beyond incredible. She’s so knowledge and kind. She really took her time and made me feel very comfortable.
From the moment I walked into the door, until the time I left the salon, I was extremely impressed. My service was one of the best facials I have ever had and the aesthetician really took time to talk to me and learn about my skin regime I highly recommend this Salon for their products and services !
