I’ve been a client here for a little over a year. I absolutely adore Lauren. I think she is wonderful at what she does and my review is directed towards this company. I have worked in a service industry for many years. I understand company policies and cancellation policies, but when you have been a loyal client and spent a ton of money with people, you would expect them to treat you like a human and instead I’ve been very much treated like a money transaction. This is hands down the most beautiful medical spa I’ve ever been to and the staff is equally amazing. I just had an appointment with Jessica, the owner of the clinic, to give myself a bit of a facial refresher and I could not be happier with the outcome. I was treated with the utmost attention and care and as a result I plan on being a forever client.
