My Remedial Massage with Gabriella was great! She was able to free up the muscles in my neck and shoulders from working at my desk all day. I really liked her energy, she was able to use firm pressure without it being too painful. The clinic's feels great inside, a sanctuary for all things beauty and wellness
Outstanding service and wonderful staff. I felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment I walked in. The facility is outstanding and to the highest standard. The complementary snack bar / station is a highlight that every customer will never forget! But it was the staff's care, skill and knowledge that really stood out as I felt refreshed and recharged and ready to take on the rest of the week. Waited over an hour for my appointment, it was a training session so I expected a wait but then to be told it would have been a further hour was disappointing. I had to leave without having my treatment. A simple phone call to advise the time delay & I could have changed my plans to accomodate a disappointing first experience
I absolutely recommend Cosmedic Beauty considering beauty and/or health treatments. All of the staff are lovely and the waiting area and treatment rooms are stunning. Little touches like hot and cold drinks in the waiting room make you feel extra special. I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin since undertaking Venus Viva treatment under the care of Nurse Tracey. This beauty clinic is absolutely incredible, their customer service is unreal and they make you feel so welcome as soon as you walk in the door with complementary refreshments and stunning furnishings. The ladies are absolutely lovely and so so helpful as well as incredibly professional. The clinic itself is gorgeous, clean and so relaxing. I cannot recommend this place enough.
