He's done my haircut and blow-dry, and (believe it or not) I 've got a couple of compliments on the way back home from my appointment. He is very considerate - that is takes into account my lifestyle and ability to style the hair on my own, but at the same time delivers a stylish, modern and enlivening cut. I will be definitely going back.
Really disappointed. I had my hair colour done At selfridges I clearly stated I want dark brown and even showed the picture of the colour I wanted which was close to my natural colour after being specific they did my hair black close to natural black instead of brown, but the worst part is when I have been asked how I feel about my hair I told her my hair looks black I wanted brown. Angel is truely an angel for hair, she is a top colourist who knew exactly what she was doing to create perfectly sun kissed subtle hair lights and was wonderful at listening to my needs and even did a strand test to reassure me about the colour outcome before we went ahead. staff are super friendly, especially at front desk, thank you all!
