Visited the Marylebone salon for the first time, the haircut was ok but a few bits like my face framing layers not the same length and not blended very well after I washed and could see my natural hair. What I’m really disappointed with is the fact that I was offered a tea or coffee and said no then was offered some water and said yes and ok they gave me a small bottle of water. I love coming here. Sienna is fantastic with my long hair, and can always give it that natural full bodied bounce we all love. To top it off, the service is wonderful; everything you need for an upscale, luxe haircut experience: coat check; cocktails; full breakfast and lunch menu; etc.
Disappointed in the service overall. Arrived a few mins early to my appt, was sat down and ended up getting seen late because reception had not notified my hair stylist I had arrived. The haircut itself was okay, the hair wash was terrible - cold water, wet back, no foot rest offered & most surprisingly - no head massage at all. Then got called after I had left reception had not informed the team about a product I wanted to purchase even though they told me they had and had to stop to pay for the product via phone. Sienna cut my hair and did an absolutely wonderful job, I came out of the salon with exactly what I asked for and had envisioned. Be aware though - I was under the impression that, as with any other more upscale salon, the drinks were complimentary, so when I was charged £2.80 for a 500ml bottle of water at the end I was… surprised, to say the least. Every time I visit I leave with the Daniel Signature hairstyle. Everyone is very approachable starting from reception to the junior team and all hair stylists. Taylor used to be my hair stylist however, she is the best however she went on maternity leave. I met Precious and she is amazing too! They always make my experience smooth, and my hairstyle gets all the compliments! I highly recommend 🙏🏽❤️
