This morning I had the best blow dry from Hussein who is a senior stylist at Daniel Galvin Kensington. From the time you entered the salon we were greeted by Jamila the receptionist who was warm and welcoming and I was immediately ushered in to have my hair washed by Doris who was so sweet. The staff are lovely and super friendly but unfortunately my experience was beyond awful. Not what I’d expect here at all. And ridiculous that when refunded they didn’t refund the cost of olaplex, which is just shocking considering the damage that was caused to my hair and the fact that I wouldn’t have had anything done if I was consulted properly at the start and not at my third visit. Definitely won’t be coming back. Only giving one star because the staff were lovely but very unhappy overall.
This was my first time visiting Daniel Galvin and I was amazed with the service! I came in for a balayage with Casey (colour specialist) and a style and blow dry with Lily. I am so in love with my new hair. They knew exactly what I was after. All of the team made me feel special. Thank you so much. I shall be returning and recommending!
I cannot begin to explain how amazing this salon is in Kensington from the service to the process everyone is very friendly, warm and welcoming.
