I had a filler appointment with Melissa at the Nanaimo Derma Spa last week. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The office is beautiful and spotless. Melissa was amazing. Very knowledgeable, she answered all my questions, explained the procedure and what I could expect. She did multiple injections and has a very steady hand. I went to this establishment for a number of years. I’m reading about pressure about leaving a ‘tip’. Wow ! I never saw a hint of that yet it was before dear Alex Russell came eagerly ‘on scene’ lol.
