I had such an amazing experience at Derma Spa Nanaimo. From the moment I walked in, I felt so well taken care of. The front desk girl was warm and welcoming and Alex, who did my consultation truly listened! He understood my concerns without me having to explain too much and made me feel so comfortable and seen. I have had a few appointments with Nurse Jovanna and they have been amazing. I was a bit nervous getting anything done, so I started slow with a lip flip and worked my way up to some fillers and Botox to reduce wrinkles and lip lines. Nurse Jovanna was very informative, making sure I was comfortable at each stage. I had great results and I’m so glad I went ahead with it. Also, she is great to chat so she actually made the appointments fun as well. 100% recommend!
Jovanna is warm, welcoming, professional and talented. I recently had my lips re-done by her and could not be happier. They are now perfectly symmetrical and exactly what I hoped for. Jovanna cares incredibly about her clients and ensures you are comfortable and happy every step of the way, even after leaving the office. I highly recommend 💛✨
I saw Nurse Jovanna today and had the best experience. It was my first time getting filler and she was very informative, friendly and professional. I have followed her page for a long time and I’m so happy I finally booked the appointment. You can tell she is great at what she does!! The office is beautiful and everyone working there was absolutely amazing. Alex was amazing and took the time to explain everything to me prior to the appointment, 10/10 recommend and will be back for all my future appointments!
