Tatiana was great! Felt very comfortable with the whole experience and she addressed my specific skin concerns. She also gave advice on what other facials I can do for my skin. Overall good experience and would def come back. Came here for a birthday treat and even got a complimentary drink!
Lysset gave my facial and was very knowledgeable. She explained each product she was using and what the benefits of using each product was. I plan to book again when I return next year! My daughter had Adriana for her facial and scalp massage. She was extremely happy with Adriana’s service and said the scalp treatment was like nothing before, said it was fantastic! We both were satisfied customers and it was money well spent, thanks ladies!
My massage therapist was amazing! I had just done the Big Sur 11 mile run that morning and really was ready for some good relaxation. I shared with my massage specialist that I had just had a medical procedure done a month ago and certain areas of my body were still very sensitive so I opted to do a lymphatic massage which is light pressure. Booked a massage for my sisters birthday. The masseuse that she had was a 5-star experience all around. Deducting a star because despite talking to the front desk 5 times to confirm my credit card would be charged for the full cost, the spa still charged my sister to pay the remaining balance after the service wrapped. I contacted them and asked to speak to a manager, but received no call back.
Adriana was fabulous - she was 5 star. The service was first rate. The location as a “spa” was a little light, no sauna, no hot tub, no real spa amenities. The support staff tried really hard to work with what they had, but management should provide better training The intake and discharge process was tough. In fairness, we had a large party, and the level of professionalism was always top shelf, but the processes they had to deal with put them in a tough position.
