The ladies at this spa are lovely! My friend and I came on a Friday for a spontaneous reset. She got a facial, and I got a foot rub. We were offered refreshments while we waited that did not disappoint. There are also apparel, self-care products and more for purchase, and everything is quite chic. I had a wonderful experience getting my massage here. . I was met at the door with a tasty glass of sparkling wine, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The facility itself was lovely and well maintained. Cici was my massage therapist. She was very personable, listened to me explain my needs, and made me feel very comfortable. I had a great experience here. This was my second visit, and I liked it just as much as the first. The space is relaxing, the service is consistent, and everything felt really professional. Lysset was great! she was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality facial.

I got a deal on Travelzoo that included DESUAR Monterey Spa so we gave it a try. It's a very nice facility though there is no sauna, hot tubs or pool. The waiting areas are very pretty and serene and they offer water, tea and snacks. I got the dermaplane facial and was happy with it. Since Brenda used a blade vs the electric razor method I had experienced at a different salon, my skin was a bit sore afterward. What a wonderful and relaxing experience. My treatment was amazing! Brenda, my massage therapist, was outstanding! I had the Casa Glow-sagge with an add on foot treatment. From start to finish Brenda was so professional and extremely attentive! Brenda deserves 5 plus stars! The spa was clean and comfortable and relaxing!
