I went in to get a pedicure for Mother’s Day. They advertised a new pedicure on the wall but didn’t even ask if I was interested in it. I wanted to know more but was told just choose off of this menu. The new one wasn’t even on there. The water was COLD started hot but got cold very fast. Was warmed up but got cold again quickly. Despite deciding to never come here again. I came yesterday to get my nails done because I just wanted Plain black short dip nails. Surely anyone can do that, right?! Well, apparently not. The edges of my nails were either bare or bubbled up - some were even stuck to my skin 🥴 normally I wouldn't complain and just get over it but after so many times leaving this place dissatisfied I decided to complain. Don’t go here!!! It might look cute and classy and professional but it is not!! They were rushing!! And I showed this guy a PICTURE of how I want my nails and toes and he did not follow through.. the salons excuse. “He doesn’t speak English “ well he speaks nails and he doesn’t comprehend a simple design! My nails look horrible!! Pedi and full set for 130 and they look like TRASH!!!! You ain’t NO DIVA!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!
It was my first time since I moved closer to Arborland and I wanted to try Diva nail as it is close to me. I was very impressed with the service by Dung, he takes his profession very seriously. Is very detailed oriented and I am glad because I have 2 toes with ingrown nails that I am always unhappy after I do my pedicure because usually when I get a man to do the pedicure they are too gentle and they do not cut enough and I remain in pain and have to cut it myself home, but not with Dung he took my request very seriously and... read more
