This this was my first time here. I took my daughter here for a mommy/daughter spa day for her 8th bday. We both got a manicure and a pedicure. The service was excellent and they even gave her a $10 discount for her bday. Great people and great service. We will be back.
This place was amazing their customer service was the best. The woman does the best hearts for my daughter and I the color choices are absolutely stunning. They went above and beyond and gave us hot towels at the end. BEST NAIL PLACE EVER!!
Usually have great outcome, this time the nail technician hurt my right pinky toe during pedicure. The pedicure took an hour and 1/2. She was new and very slow. The water my feet soaked in was not very warm. I was not very thrilled, the manager kept stepping in to help. I did not complain to him, I could see he was trying to make it a quality experience. I will try again, but not for a while.
Despite deciding to never come here again. I came yesterday to get my nails done because I just wanted Plain black short dip nails. Surely anyone can do that, right?! Well, apparently not. The edges of my nails were either bare or bubbled up - some were even stuck to my skin 🥴 normally I wouldn't complain and just get over it but after so many times leaving this place dissatisfied I decided to complain. I visited this salon multiple times for "fill" services, but unfortunately, I do not plan to return. The salon appears to be older and in need of regular maintenance, as there are several lightbulbs that need replacing, areas requiring paint touch-ups, and missing tiles. Additionally, I noticed that the bathroom was not clean, and some technicians were observed not attending to clients, instead sleeping and resting in the pedicure chairs without footwear.
