I really wanted to like Diva Nails, the ambience and aesthetic of the place was pretty good, but the services were less than sub par. I asked for acrylic nails with french tip and blue accent lines, and I received a rushed and sloppy set. Overall the shaping and acrylic itself was pretty good, but the gel was hideous. I went in to get a pedicure for Mother’s Day. They advertised a new pedicure on the wall but didn’t even ask if I was interested in it. I wanted to know more but was told just choose off of this menu. The new one wasn’t even on there. The water was COLD started hot but got cold very fast. Was warmed up but got cold again quickly. Despite deciding to never come here again. I came yesterday to get my nails done because I just wanted Plain black short dip nails. Surely anyone can do that, right?! Well, apparently not. The edges of my nails were either bare or bubbled up - some were even stuck to my skin 🥴 normally I wouldn't complain and just get over it but after so many times leaving this place dissatisfied I decided to complain. Diva Nails customer service is outstanding. They really aim to please. I have been coming to the salon for over 6 years. I have thin, weak nails. My nails have been transformed with the powder dip to the point that my nails last and look beautiful for more than 3 weeks, each time. Zen is amazing!!!!
