Beautiful office with extra amenities like a full body massage chair while you wait for your laser treatment. My asthetic nurse, Taryn, walked me through everything regarding the Moxi Fraxel laser treatment. I had so much information about pre and post procedure care even before my appointment. Easy contact with staff for any concerns after my procedure. I would return for other treatments !
Great customer service. I called and spoke with the Office Manager, Naia. She was very welcoming answering all my questions over the phone. She was able to book me a same day consultation appointment. Nice offices and I was greeted with smiles. I met with Rose who took her time assessing my wants and explaining in detail how Cool Sculpting works. Next I met with Isabelle on the benefits of T-Shapellx 2 to get final ultimate results. I thoroughly enjoyed my Diamond Glow facial at Dvida spa. From the moment I walked in I felt well cared for as everyone was so nice. The receptionist- I’m sorry I don’t know how to spell her lovely name - to Rose, esthetician! Rose gave me a relaxing facial - I fell asleep during part of it. And today, my skin looks noticeably better. I’m looking forward to the Black Friday specials coming soon!!
Rose is amazing! She’s professional, kind, and always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. Her energy is warm and funny, which makes every appointment such a great experience. I always leave Dvida Spa feeling refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend her!
I went in with my friend for a Moxi, I’ve never done one before, it was nice going in together. Rose was absolutely AMAZING! Explained the process, answered all of my questions, made me feel very comfortable. A week later, my skin looks and feels INCREDIBLE! I look forward to returning! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!
