Rachel is absolutely amazing! I went to her for a few pre-natal massages, and she helped my lower back feel the best it has felt while working in the IT field the last 10 years. Highly recommend this spa for massages!

Fabulous experience with Megan! I scheduled the appointment due to significant neck and shoulder issues. Megan did a fantastic job addressing the problem areas. I will be back on a regular basis!

I have gone twice in the past month and both experiences far exceeded my expectations. The professionalism and warmth from the staff is amazing. It’s an experience from when you walk in until you leave. Update: Rachel is great. Very calming and excellent. I am going every other week and it has been fantastic.

I had an Amazing experience at Ebb and Flow! It started with a friendly greeting from Alex at the front desk, who lead me to a wonderful and inviting waiting room where she offered me some refreshing fruit infused water. I was then greeted by Rachel who was my massage therapist. Rachel gave me the most relaxing massage I have ever had! I get massages regularly, but on this day I truly just wanted to relax. What a great experience. The warmth from the second you walk in the door made me feel welcome. Rachel was so nice. Probably the best massage I have had in a very long time. I absolutely will go there again and again. Thanks Rachel!!!
