I came to this nail salon as I was in desperate need to get a new set done just before I went on holiday. As you can see, I regretted it straight away as the nails are just hideous. None of the staff in there including the owner know what they’re doing. The nails were all different shapes, I asked for stiletto and they clearly hadn’t a clue what that was as I had to tell them no to oval as that’s what they were doing and that I wanted them pointed. Saturday morning 10 am, first to be seen. Excellent service and very welcoming.I had a lovely man who understood clearly that I had a damaged nail and that at work my hands take the brunt of it! He worked hard to correct my damaged one to perfection..you can't tell at all! Overall I love this place, very nice people work here and you can always be seen! Good prices too.😊
I absolutely adore the nails I got done today for my 18th birthday! The lady was so accurate and patient with the perfect attention to detail. I've been coming here a lot for prom etc.
I had a great experience at Eden! I had the lovely Dan do my nails. I can be quite pernickety about my nails but he was super patient with me and wanted to make sure I was happy before moving onto the next step. I loved the colour too!
booked an appointment for me and my daughter for 3pm was told to come back at 4pm, 3 different people did my little girls gel nails but they were lovely, and 3 different ladies did mine, i think the lady that did the acrylic and gel may be the owner! i showed her a picture and she said she could do it. i’m not even fussy but they were awful even my bf who never notices commented! i rang to say i wernt happy she asked me to send pics and never got back to me. and they cost me 45 for infills! went to my normal shop at laindon ... read more
