My first time getting my nails done ! I didn’t feel out of place or anything and my lady was very very skilled and nice. My nails look marvellous ! I got Biab with gel art and I am so so happy with them. The gel pedicure was also nice, was my second time getting that done and I am SO ticklish but she was so patient haha
Not happy in the slightest I paid £30 expecting nails to last me more then 2 days!!! As soon as you get in there they cared more about making sure you paid for your appointment then making you feel welcome. I had a man (no glasses) that was rather rude he didn’t bother pushing down my cuticles or even take off the dead skin and little tiny bit of polish I around my nails instead filled them unevenly and when I told him he replied in a very abrupt manner. DO NOT GO THERE … I went to this nail salon for a removal and the young lady was very aggressive when she was removing my nails and It cased me onycholysis as you can see on the picture. She didn’t know what she was doing and I asked her if she was an apprentice and she confirmed they only checked what she was doing once…
Please avoid at all costs. I have been left in pain now for 2 months because of the damage the technician left on one of my toes. Initially i was pleased with the results. The pedicure looked fantastic but by the time i got back to the car my big toe was extremely sore. When i looked at my toe i noticed she had took far too much skin away from my toe!! I am still sore and have a cut bit of skin on my foot. Awful experience plus they expect paying before any treatment. This should have given me red flags. NEVER in my life ha... read more
Quite literally the worse nail salon I have been to ever. My first red flag should’ve been when they asked to pay upfront. Probably to ensure they get paid even after the awful service they provide. No other salon I have been to has ever asked me to pay upfront. When I finally sat down for my nails, the lady nicked my skin and stopped. They left me waiting for another 10-15 minutes, after which they moved me to another seat and a man, who I assume was the managers husband, took over. It all went downhill from there.
