If I could leave zero stars I would!!! All I wanted is to take off my current gel off. I have asked how much extra would it be to have a simple manicure done and maybe some sort of treatment for my nails. I was charged £25 which I thought is decent. I have sat down with 3 different people as none were dedicated just to one customer. I was kept being served by different people as everyone started attending other customers. Very bad customer service. I did gel polish yesterday and it came off today. I went to them so they could repair it. It would literally take 5 minutes and I sat there for 40 minutes and I was ignored. They kept leaving me for other customers and when I told their manager that it would literally take 5 minutes for them to repair what they didn’t do well in the first instance, she ignored me. No acknowledgement no apologies. I won’t be going there again.
I feel like a 1 star review is too generous tbh. I got full set of acrylics, with gel on Saturday afternoon just gone, from the pictures you can see the quality of the workmanship. I definitely won’t be going back. The older lady in-charge (black Bob hair & glasses) is rude & abrupt, and is only interested in taking your money and rushing you out the door.
