Not happy in the slightest I paid £30 expecting nails to last me more then 2 days!!! As soon as you get in there they cared more about making sure you paid for your appointment then making you feel welcome. I had a man (no glasses) that was rather rude he didn’t bother pushing down my cuticles or even take off the dead skin and little tiny bit of polish I around my nails instead filled them unevenly and when I told him he replied in a very abrupt manner. I came to this nail salon as I was in desperate need to get a new set done just before I went on holiday. As you can see, I regretted it straight away as the nails are just hideous. None of the staff in there including the owner know what they’re doing. The nails were all different shapes, I asked for stiletto and they clearly hadn’t a clue what that was as I had to tell them no to oval as that’s what they were doing and that I wanted them pointed. Today, I went to this nail salon in Lakeside Shopping Complex, and the experience was truly awful. While I understand that waiting is expected with walk-in appointments, even after sitting there for 30 minutes, the service I received was shockingly poor. A man initially asked me to soak my hands in a solution to remove my previous set of nails, but then he left to attend to another client, leaving me sitting with my hands in the liquid for what felt like forever. I came here to get my nails done as it’s nearly summer and I wanted to relax after work. I asked for a specific design that I believe is not that hard to do. I paid before they did my nails which took about 10 minutes for them to take my payment. They charged me £50 for my design that I believe was a reasonable price. They told me to sit down and get my nails done by an employee I think is called Mike, he was on his phone for about 5 minutes before he even started, I was sat down waiting to start my nails. Saturday morning 10 am, first to be seen. Excellent service and very welcoming.I had a lovely man who understood clearly that I had a damaged nail and that at work my hands take the brunt of it! He worked hard to correct my damaged one to perfection..you can't tell at all! Overall I love this place, very nice people work here and you can always be seen! Good prices too.😊
