It was my first visit and I'm so happy I found this place! I like a choppy layered look with side bangs and Robert nailed it. I don't use product in my hair and Robert gave me the most volumous hair I've ever had (without using product!) Robert's energy is fantastic and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. The place is clean, bright, and modern. Very comfortable. Everyone is friendly and down to earth.
Tatyana was amazing with my seven year old daughter! She did great making her feel comfortable and included with conversation. Beautiful cut with textured, even layers and my daughter left happy, with a great experience. Highly recommend Tatyana.
I came in hoping for a personalized, supportive facial experience — especially since I’ve dealt with PCOS, which affects my skin in specific ways. Unfortunately, I left feeling completely dismissed and pressured. Alison is absolutely amazing! I had a facial at the newtown location for the first time today. I didn't know which one I wanted to do but Alison helped me with a great option based on my skin. She is so knowledgeable and amazing with facials. My skin was glowing when I left today. O will be back!
The owner’s response to my previous review has 3 lies in it. My hair is damaged, but not so severely that it is impossible to work on. No restorative services were offered to me. The manager was blatantly rude and disgusting towards me. They offered no options on how to remedy the situation, they simply told me to leave their salon. Lastly, my hair consultation was a week before my appointment. Obviously I came in and showed them my hair, knowing it has damage and that is the reason I came in for a consultation.
