I know that this business is under new ownership but I really expected more. It’s misleading that they kept the same name because it makes one think that the experience will be comparable. No one was wearing a mask and there was apparently no Covid protocol in place. Had a great facial last month so booked same day for another this month with the same person. Paid for parking and arrived early, door locked and no one at front desk. I saw a note stuck in the door. I thought it would maybe say be right back or taking lunch. It was actually from a customer that they stood up this morning. Called number and it is disconnected. So unprofessional in so many ways. I'm a regular Egea customer and thought it was time to write a review. I just had a massage there today with Dallas. A good friend of mine raved about him so I thought I'd give it a try. It was the BEST massage I've ever had. Highly recommend! I'd also recommend Ramona although she's hard to get into. I've been seeing her for years for facials and waxing. She does such a great job! Everyone who works at Egea is super nice and friendly. Check it out!

I've been to this spa for massages, both under the old management and new management. Both times were wonderful- 5 star! Today I had a platinum hydra facial and I was very disappointed. The facial took about 20 mins, which is not what I was expecting at all! I thought it would be a much longer and more detailed process, especially for the price tag ($280). Incredibly disappointing. The therapist was 15 minutes late to start. The request for a calming and relaxing massage was either ignored or the masseuse does not know how to execute this kind of therapy. While this person was nice in their demeanor, they were clearly inexperienced and the level of service did not meet the high price.
