Ive had both my hair and a facial done here. I’ve been doing my own hair for years and made quite the mess of it so it took two goes to get it right at the salon. Lauren was fantastic and put so much time and energy into getting it right. She also didn’t make me feel guilty for not being 100% happy with it the first time around and re did the whole thing with exactly the same time and commitment as the first time and I’m delighted with the outcome. Have been having my hair cut at Elem for a little while now and I think it’s a great salon. Emily is incredible and I don’t think i’ve ever been as happy with my hair as I am now, it grows out perfectly and is so easy to style. The actual salon is classily decorated and feels a pleasant environment. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a hair dressers in Didcot.
Always a pleasure from when I walk in the door. It's not just about a great haircut, but it is also the space, the lovely staff, and the way the customer is always looked after. I have moved from an excellent modern salon in London and this is on a par with that at a much lower price. Tuba is extremely talented and spends the time your hair needs to make it perfect to her high standards.
If I could give zero star I would. Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment only to be told there would be a 45 minutes to one hour wait because the hairdresser had attended some training. When I queried why no one had thought to give me a ring or send me a message to let me know, I was told “I didn’t know what was happening” by the person at reception. Not good enough, I will take my custom elsewhere
This is a salon I would always go back too! Some hairdressers/ salons you look at and think no way, but Elem in Didcot I would not hesitate to go in and also recommend to all. The Salon is very clean & tidy, the staff are friendly and well kept with their appearances. I have had the most wonderful facial, haircut and lashes done here and would give them a 10 star if I could. Okay sometimes there is a bit of cut hair on the floor, but this is very normal for a hair salon. So all in all excellent!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
