Had a great experience today. Beth did me high light root touch up and blow dry. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I have attached a photo. I have very curly hair naturally and had a good two inches of salt and pepper roots she blended beautifully
This was my first time here and I was greeted with a warm welcome. The service was great and the girl cutting my hair was lovely. I enquired about getting my hair dyed as this is something I was hoping to have done by now. A hair strand was taken for testing and I was told I would recieve a call within a week to discuss options. This was 5 weeks ago now and I’ve followed up via email and not had any response back which is such a shame.
Jocelinda did a fantastic Indian head massage today. She was very friendly and we had a lovely chat. Best head massage I've ever had.
2025/03 My first time trying this hair salon, and I had a great experience with Jo! She’s very skilled and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The result was exactly what I hoped for. I’ll definitely be coming back! And I’m happy with the price which have extra 25%off booking online
Been to Elem twice in two years and both experiences were very average. In summary they don’t do short hair very well. The first cut with Beverley was ok but she kept me waiting for about 30/40 mins past my appointment time. The hair cut (a long bob) itself was nice. The second haircut was with Emily and this was pretty bad. I wanted a sleek bob but came out like a poofy Oompa Loompa.
