Jeff was fantastic, his attentiveness made me feel completely at ease. He made great suggestions to suit my hair type and the transformation was exactly what I was looking for. Ive had both my hair and a facial done here. I’ve been doing my own hair for years and made quite the mess of it so it took two goes to get it right at the salon. Lauren was fantastic and put so much time and energy into getting it right. She also didn’t make me feel guilty for not being 100% happy with it the first time around and re did the whole thing with exactly the same time and commitment as the first time and I’m delighted with the outcome. Have been having my hair cut at Elem for a little while now and I think it’s a great salon. Emily is incredible and I don’t think i’ve ever been as happy with my hair as I am now, it grows out perfectly and is so easy to style. The actual salon is classily decorated and feels a pleasant environment. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a hair dressers in Didcot.
Always a pleasure from when I walk in the door. It's not just about a great haircut, but it is also the space, the lovely staff, and the way the customer is always looked after. I have moved from an excellent modern salon in London and this is on a par with that at a much lower price. Tuba is extremely talented and spends the time your hair needs to make it perfect to her high standards.
Came in looking like a bedraggled mess, with hair that was beyond my control and left with the most gorgeous cut I’ve ever had! Thank you Jeff, I love my new hair!
