The service was exceptional (5 stars). I showed Jeff the style I was interested in, and he exceeded my expectations with an even better result. The salon was impeccably clean. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I've already recommended Elem to get a haircut. My husband also had his hair cut here and was thrilled with the outcome. This will be my go-to salon whenever I need a haircut, and I will be requesting Jeff as my stylist.
Had a thoroughly enjoyable experience for the second time at Elem with Lauren. She was most attentive, it was a stress-free session and I recommend the salon. My husband has even praised the very good cuts and styling I have had done by Lauren.
awful customer service, people don’t want to approach you and look at you as if you have just arrived from a different planet, two members of staff had a conversation about me when I could hear them at my patch test appt one of them saying “What does SHE want?”, so very rude. Jeff was fantastic, his attentiveness made me feel completely at ease. He made great suggestions to suit my hair type and the transformation was exactly what I was looking for. I walked in looking rather drab and walking out feeling fabulous. The atmosphere in the hairdressers was welcoming and relaxing, which made my experience even better. Thank you!
Disappointing and unprofessional experience. I booked an appointment with their 'specialist,' expecting quality service, but instead received strange comments, unfriendly demeanor, and an unsettling atmosphere. It was clear there were tensions among the staff, with noticeable disagreements between colleagues, making for an awkwardly quiet hair salon. I left with a poorly done haircut, which explains the big discount for new customers—otherwise, they wouldn’t attract any.
