I went to Elem for the first time yesterday for full head of colour & cut. I had Amber who was just excellent. I was unsure on what colour I wanted, and she was so helpful in the deciding, and really talked me through the process. I re booked, as I was so pleased with result & the overall service. Highly recommend Elem & Amber!
I am truly so grateful to have found Elem! It is such a gorgeous salon. Everyone was so lovely, made me feel so comfortable, and were so knowledgeable. Dion is incredible, she did such a gorgeous job with my hair, and I could not be more impressed with her kindness and artistry. My hair feels so healthy and is beyond what I had even hoped for! Can’t wait to return :)

I got the best blow dry at Elem Guildford today. Katarzyna provided me with a very relaxing neck and shoulder massage before washing my hair. She did a great job with the style and it looks very shiny and smooth. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere of the salon is very nice. Love the place and highly recommend. Thank you again for the amazing time!
I’ve had my hair done by Dion a few times now, and I can honestly say the service she provides is above and beyond.
