Yesterday was my first time at element and I had an appointment for a hair cut with Rachael, I’m so glad I found her! As a long haired girl, hair cuts give me a bit of anxiety from past experiences of stylists getting a little too scissor happy, but Rachael was amazing. My first time at Element! I had such an amazing experience. I usually get anxious in salons but not at Element. Valentina was my hair stylist and was so sweet and made me feel like home. She made me feel so beautiful! The spa like treatment and hair wash was so relaxing. I will be returning! :)

Brayden made me feel so comfortable, and she made me love my hair after over 10 years of bad experiences at other places. She went above and beyond to make me happy and gave me the hair of my dreams. She fixed my color in one session, and I absolutely love it. I’ll never go anywhere else.
