Staff were super welcoming and lovely Explained process and use of treatments, will definitely be returning to continue my health journey. Definitely felt more clarity and overall positive after treatment, given that I had been feeling quite down and existential the last few months - walking in I felt a zen sense which definitely helped me through my Monday- thank you so much team ❤️

Great place with many different treatment options. Loved trying out Theta Chamber which was very relaxing and first time in Cryo Chamber which had a immediate effect on my muscle soreness and should tightness. Super friendly staff and beautiful space. Will be back soon and will recommend to anyone.
I absolutely loved my experience at Element. I did the Sauna Pod and Cryo Therapy and felt excellent after both! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back again!
