I have just completed a 28 day Theta Chamber and Red light Thera bed program at Element Health Centre in Claremont. I am very delighted with the results. Following the post Covid era I experienced some anxiety and brain fog and was just not feeling myself. The healing centre is beautiful. Absolutely loved my experience here! All staff are so knowledgeable on the services they offer and make your healing journey comfortable. I went into the ThetaPod for 15 minutes and I felt so rejuvenated. I definitely believe this is a great way to deal with stress.
I have had 2 treatments in the theta pod. After a 30 minute session the pod I came out feeling like I had an 8 hour sleep. It set me up for the week. I have felt calmer and more focused. Maya, the owner of Element health centre has a wealth of knowledge about improving your mental and physical wellbeing with the amazing modalities she has in her clinic. The staff are all knowledgeable and made me feel welcome and comfortable.
