An awesome place. The kindness and generosity and care shown by the entire staff is above and beyond anything we have experienced before. The quality of the equipment in this place is second to none. The facility is beautiful and very professionally presented. I would very highly recommend Maya and her team. You won’t be disappointed .
I was very excited to have my first session in the Infrared Sauna Cocoon, and it was everything I thought it would be. I was also happy to know that I could fit inside and not "break it". It was a different experience being inside the capsule and once I knew what was happening, and what to do when I needed, it was easy to relax and enjoy. This was my first visit to Element Centre. Such a beautiful space. The staff are so friendly & welcoming. My first time trying the infrared sauna pod. The little touches with the robe, slippers & Aesop products for the shower afterwards really make it exceptional. Can’t wait to try the other treatments! Thanks so much!!
The hyperbaric oxygen chamber is not like any other with ATA 2.0 it gives the best of healing and rejuvenation. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. Had my second session recovering from my knee replacement surgery and my knee felt better after each session. Less pain and more flexibility. Maya is very welcoming and professional with her advice . All the staff are also very friendly and professional. Now hoping for some long lasting benefits.
