Entering the health centre the staff were so helpful and took the time to really explain the equipment. The vibe is lovely modern and fresh whilst also being relaxing. I love the Sage green scrubs. The Massage sauna was amazing and I felt a million dollars. The shower facilities clean with natural soap and shampoo. Will be back x
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The space is calming, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the experience was both professional and personal. Brett and Maya have created something truly special. You can feel the genuine heart and intention behind what they do. Thank you for helping me feel better and more balanced. An awesome place. The kindness and generosity and care shown by the entire staff is above and beyond anything we have experienced before. The quality of the equipment in this place is second to none. The facility is beautiful and very professionally presented. I would very highly recommend Maya and her team. You won’t be disappointed .
I had a fantastic experience here! The staff are absolutely wonderful—so knowledgeable and caring. I tried the Theta chamber and it was an incredible experience, far beyond what I expected. After my session, I felt deeply relaxed and much more focused. It really helped quiet the constant mental noise I struggle with, especially as someone with ADHD and a stressful lifestyle. I highly recommend trying this therapy if you’re looking for something that truly makes a difference! ---
A wonderful wellness centre with amazing, friendly and attentive staff. Such a great range of treatments available and they are open 7 days so plenty of opportunities to make an appointment. Looking forward to returning again soon. Thank you
