First time going to Elevan for my hair. There was a glitch on the booking system but Sarah contacted me straight away offering alternative options that meant I could still have my appointment. She gave me a complimentary treatment as well because of the mix up. I wasn’t expecting that but just shows that Elevan go above and beyond for new and returning customers. I booked my mum in for hair extensions as a Christmas present. Louise was so friendly and patient and knowledgeable! From start to finish she was amazing. My mum can be very anxious about appointments in salons and Louise went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. The quality of products and customer service really makes this place stand out! I have an extremely happy and confident mum, you've really changed her life. I cannot thank you enough ♥️

I had long hair in the spring and went in for some depth and movement, Darcy messed my hair up bad, so bad… left the long parts thin, the top unfinished, 5 months later and I’m still recovering and will be till I figure it out. …. Also don’t bother with the hair treatments, no improvement and waisted money. I will say… everyone was friendly, maybe just had a bad experience…. Just annoyed…. still after several months…

We came in this morning as my daughter had knotted her hair whilst playing hairdressers! Absolute nightmare.. spent many hours trying to get it out at home. Darcy was brilliant with my young daughter, she was so patient and kind. I’m in absolute shock to say she managed to get the huge knot out within half an hour. My daughter also had a cut and Darcy done a brilliant job. Thankyou so much!!

So I saw the reviews and had pretty high hopes but when I say they smashed it out of the park, they really did! I was going to an outdoor wedding on the hottest day of the year so far, and I was ridiculously pregnant AND my hair while long is quite fine…. Louise did such an amazing job I had people commenting all day AND all night at how lovely my up do was. It stayed in all day (styled at 9am and brushed out at 1am) and was still nice and fresh the next day, not heavy or greasy. Next time I have an event or just want a pamp... read more
