I recently visited Elivate Wellness, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had! The staff were incredibly kind and personable, making me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in. They created a personalized IV fluid mix tailored to cure my nausea and dehydration, and I felt like a new person after just 30 minutes in that blissful place. I will definitely return again and again and will refer them to everyone I know. Highly recommend!
Loved everything about this place! From booking the appointment to the end of the therapy, it was effortless on my end. The place was warm and inviting, CLEAN, the nurses were very kind and welcoming. Don’t get me started on the massage chairs. I want one. Haha! I highly recommend this place and will be coming back.
Amazing atmosphere, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff whom you can tell all come with a great deal of experience & expertise which made my IV quick, seamless and very relaxing! The massage chairs are absolutely amazing. The entire space was very clean and aesthetically comfortable. I received a high dose vitamin C (immune) IV and felt amazing almost instantly. Highly recommend Elivate for any and all of your wellness needs! They offer so much more than IVs, too! Go check them out!
Went in on June 5 to have a full blood panel drawn, and I still have not heard anything back from their staff. I called today and left a voicemail and never got a response back. I also have sent two separate emails asking for an ETA. Seems a bit far-fetched to believe that a blood panel would not be back for 15 days. They had zero issue charging my debit card for $205 on the spot, but apparently don’t know how to communicate with a customer. Hopefully after they see this one star review, I’ll actually get a call back.
I got a NAD injection today and I have to say I feel amazing so far. This was my first time at Elivate Vitamin Therapy +wellness in Lake Orion and the staff was very nice, accommodating, and just wonderful. Offered water and a massage chair. I'm going back next week too. I highly recommend this place and getting the NAD. We all need it. Especially us older folk.
