The staff at endota were lovely – polite, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The massage room was uncomfortably cold, which made it hard to relax. I had to ask for a heater, and while they did bring one in, it took a while to warm up. During that time, the massage therapist had very cold hands and spent the first 20 minutes warming them on my body. It was hard to enjoy the treatment. I was attended by Rain and first impression was the greeting experience from her was tremendously positive attitude. Attention to detail with what she was doing with vast knowledge. Would always like to request her for my next appointment.Shes just wonderfully amazing. 🥰

Today I experienced a very thorough and delightful massage from Rain at Albany branch. It has been long overdue and I felt she left no part of my aching body that particularly needed attention out of this experience. Overall well worth it and worth returning. I would recommend because as we all know, a good massage is hard to find.

Olivia is incredible! The massage was perfectly balanced, with firm pressure in all the right spots, full-body focus, and she checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. Left feeling amazing. Highly recommend!

Lovely relaxing experience. The one thing I missed ( and that could be my own fault) was an idea of how and how long each treatment would be. My therapist was lovely and attentive otherwise. My skin felt very nice afterwards.
