We availed the rejuvenate package. It was a worthwhile experience. A 2 hour body scrub, massage and facial that truly rejuvenates your body from head to toe. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff were very welcoming and explains what to expect on the availed package.
Went to get my nails done, $100 voucher I had to use. Everything was fine until the Polish was put and a few minutes later I was told it was dry and I could leave. By the time I left the place, most of the nail Polish on my nails had smudged. I was told it's fast dry after it was sprayed on with something.
I went in for a pregnancy massage, it was called the pregnancy pause spa package and I absolutely loved it ! They focused on my legs and feet then face and décolletage. Then arms and shoulders. Felt great and relaxed afterwards. The facial was my favourite. Will be going back for the other pregnancy massage so they can focus on my lower back. Thanks team
Ambience, cleanliness were okay, however, people are not so friendly when we are checking in or checking out. One of the masseuses, named S was very weak and she applied too much oil but not really any power so it was not really massage, but $300 of applying oil all over the body for 1 hour session. And she did not wipe off the oil properly so by the time when I was leaving the place I was completely covered with oil and all my shirt and pants were soaked in oil. Pretty disappointed with my eyebrow experience. The staff were welcoming and the facilities are nice however, that's about where the positive experience ends. I got an eyebrow shape and when I got into the room there was no discussion regarding what kind of shape I wanted and the spa therapist did absolutely no marking up of my eyebrow shape before she went in with the wax.
