As soon as we walked in, I felt more relaxed as it is a beautiful, calming space and smelled lovely. My partner and I wanted a facial and massage as a birthday treat, so tried the Summer Spa Package (which included a bonus foot and eye mask). I messed up the booking online and only booked for one person but they were great and squeezed us both in, which was SO appreciated. We really enjoyed it and left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and great value. Looking forward to going back for another treatment!
The entire experience from the booking until the end was flawless. A huge shout out to Rinky, who came from her day off only coz I booked and the other therapist could not make it. That’s commitment to customer service. The treatment was well explained, pressure and pain was asked for and well managed. Overall an absolute flawless experience from start to finish. I had the customized facial and customized massage package with Zara today. It was my first time to this spa, and I will definitely be back next time I am in Auckland. I felt so comfortable and relaxed it was a beautiful and professional experience. Highly recommend this day spa to anyone wanting to feel pampered. Lovely staff and a very wonderful experience.

This was without doubt the worst pedicure I have ever had and the most expensive! The therapist was very nice but she didn't seem to know what she was doing. My toenails were all cut to different lengths and the cuticles weren't trimmed at all. The promised foot and leg massage lasted for about 10 seconds and had no pressure whatsoever. As she didn't remove the massage cream from my nails, the polish didn't adhere properly and started to peel within hours of me leaving the salon.
