My second visit for facial treatment at Endota, and today I saw Tracey as my therapist. She’s wonderful, explain so details regarding my skin concern & whats the best to do for it, she’s also super gentle. More than that she also introduce some products which suits with my concern but don’t give me a feeling of obligation to buy it directly, instead give me tester to try first to see how my skin react & feels. Can’t wait for my next treatment again with her 💕
As soon as we walked in, I felt more relaxed as it is a beautiful, calming space and smelled lovely. My partner and I wanted a facial and massage as a birthday treat, so tried the Summer Spa Package (which included a bonus foot and eye mask). I messed up the booking online and only booked for one person but they were great and squeezed us both in, which was SO appreciated. We really enjoyed it and left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and great value. Looking forward to going back for another treatment!
I had the customized facial and customized massage package with Zara today. It was my first time to this spa, and I will definitely be back next time I am in Auckland. I felt so comfortable and relaxed it was a beautiful and professional experience. Highly recommend this day spa to anyone wanting to feel pampered. Lovely staff and a very wonderful experience.
My routine wax became a luxurious, nurturing and most relaxing ritual I now so look forward to! Zhara and the team are incredible, above and beyond. I highly recommend the facial boosters, they turn the regular into something amazingly special each time. Thank you :)
The entire experience from the booking until the end was flawless. A huge shout out to Rinky, who came from her day off only coz I booked and the other therapist could not make it. That’s commitment to customer service. The treatment was well explained, pressure and pain was asked for and well managed. Overall an absolute flawless experience from start to finish.
