I came here yesterday with my mom for my birthday (a gift from my brother), and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We were told to arrive at 10am, and at 10:03 my brother called asking where we were because the spa had already called him. My very first professional massage! I am so relaxed! I got a manicure and an 80minute relaxation massage. Both of my providers were excellent! Very restful experience. Everything was very clean, products were top notch and they really take the time to talk to you about areas of concern, etc. I will recommend and be back myself!
I purchased a $170.00 gift card for my girlfriend on April 6 2025. My friend schedules her appointment goes and the gift card was not logged or honored,!!!! She called me from the spa, they charged her for the gift I paid for. I gave them instructions to re bill me and credit her card. They didn't respect my wishes. 24 hours later still waiting for someone to call me!!!! Vulgar the booking system and response. A gift that means nothing now. I’ve been contemplating leaving this review, but I feel it’s important to share so others can avoid the experience I had. I scheduled and prepaid for a gel pedicure that specifically included hot stones, a light massage, and a foot scrub. I even confirmed those details at check-in. However, I did not receive the hot stones or the light massage.
