Visited the location today, Was super impressed! •Very nice and helpful staff • very clean and well decorated location. • The infrared Sauna was amazing, clean and had options of lightening, Bluetooth connectivity for music and options to raise/lower Temperature/time! Will absolutely be retuning to this location 🙌🏾 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been contemplating leaving this review, but I feel it’s important to share so others can avoid the experience I had. I scheduled and prepaid for a gel pedicure that specifically included hot stones, a light massage, and a foot scrub. I even confirmed those details at check-in. However, I did not receive the hot stones or the light massage. We came from Ohio to have a relaxing vacation for my fiancés birthday. Scheduled an 80 minute signature couples massage and it was great! We go for massages often in Ohio so we know a good place when we see one! Our therapists were great and the place was very clean and relaxing and everyone was very nice. To top it off, prices were very reasonable especially compared to what they were asking for at the hotel for the same service. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had in a long while. Tried using a Groupon for a pedicure and went together with a friend after I called the business making sure we both could come in together. When we got there, they didn't have any record of our appointment because they forgot to check Groupon for bookings so we couldn't get our pedicures at that time. Pretty disappointing first time experience with this spa.

The facility was clean and nice. My massage therapist was nice, I requested a deep tissue massage. I left with the same tension and pain that I came in with. No real focus on areas and the massage was incredibly slow. I get massages monthly and ventured from my usual place. I was just incredibly disappointed and was really looking forward to some relief.
