I came here yesterday with my mom for my birthday (a gift from my brother), and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We were told to arrive at 10am, and at 10:03 my brother called asking where we were because the spa had already called him. We were literally 1 minute away, but the way it was handled immediately stressed me out. When we arrived, we were asked about paperwork we didn’t know about, and the staff seemed annoyed. My very first professional massage! I am so relaxed! I got a manicure and an 80minute relaxation massage. Both of my providers were excellent! Very restful experience. Everything was very clean, products were top notch and they really take the time to talk to you about areas of concern, etc. I will recommend and be back myself!
Great, attentive staff and a very peaceful, professional place. Did a couples massage here and it was really good. The massage therapist had the perfect pressure. I wish I had gotten some attention to the lower back, but I believe that's not included in the relaxation/signature couples massage or time just ran short.
